Questions

How do I buy a beat?

There is no checkout. Pick a beat and a license, then message us on Instagram (@feboniki) or by email. We confirm it is available and share the payment details. Files are delivered within 48 hours of payment.

Which license should I pick?

Starter is for demos and first releases. Pro adds stems and a much higher stream limit. Exclusive is for when you want the beat to be yours alone, with the project file included.

What if my song passes the stream limit?

Starter: upgrade to Pro by paying the difference. Pro: after 1,000,000 streams, 20% of the net streaming revenue goes to the producer. Exclusive has no limit.

Can I register the song with YouTube Content ID?

Not with Starter or Pro, because the same beat is licensed to others. With Exclusive, yes.

Do I have to credit the producer?

Yes, with every license. Write "prod. by hwlill" or "prod. by volkansynth" (whoever is credited on the beat page) in the title or description.

What do the files look like?

The previews on the site are MP3s for listening. You receive WAV files; stems (separate tracks) come with Pro and Exclusive. The .flp project that comes with Exclusive opens in FL Studio; third-party plugins used in it are not included, so FL Studio may show them as missing if you do not own them.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds after the files are delivered, because it is a digital product. Ask us anything before paying.

Can I use the beat in an ad, film or game?

That is sync licensing and it is priced separately. Message us with the details.

License terms

Last updated: October 2026

  1. Scope

These terms apply to every beat license sold through feboniki.com. The licensor is the producer credited on the beat's page: hwlill (Halil Seven) or volkansynth (Volkan Akdere). "feb12" is the shared name we use to talk to you.

  2. Licenses

Starter and Pro are non-exclusive licenses: the same beat can be licensed to other people. Exclusive is an exclusive license: once it is sold, no new licenses are issued for that beat. Licenses issued before an Exclusive sale stay valid. A license is personal, cannot be transferred or sublicensed, has no end date, and can be terminated only as described below.

  3. What you can do

Use the beat in one new song (Starter, Pro) or in unlimited songs (Exclusive). You may release the song on streaming platforms and sell it digitally, make music videos (1 for Starter and Pro, unlimited for Exclusive) and perform it live. The comparison table lists the limits of each license.

  4. Stream limits and revenue share

Starter covers up to 100,000 streams of the song (all platforms combined). If the song goes beyond that, upgrade to Pro by paying the price difference. Pro covers up to 1,000,000 streams. Above that, 20% of the net streaming revenue the song earns goes to the producer. Net revenue is the money you actually receive from streaming platforms after your distributor's fees. Report your numbers once a year, or whenever we ask. Exclusive has no stream limit.

  5. What you cannot do

Sell, share or upload the beat or its stems on their own, or put them in a sample or beat pack. Transfer the license or sublicense it. Register the song with YouTube Content ID or similar systems (Starter and Pro). Use the beat or its stems to train, fine-tune or prompt AI or machine-learning models, or to clone voices or sounds. Claim that you made the beat.

  6. Credit

Credit the producer in the title or description of every release, for example "prod. by hwlill" or "prod. by volkansynth". This is required for all licenses.

  7. Exclusive license

An Exclusive license gives you sole use of the beat: we will not license or sell it to anyone else, and we will mark it Sold on the site. It is a license, not a transfer of ownership: the beat stays owned by its producer, who may keep showing it as part of their portfolio. Sync (ads, film, games) and any publishing share are not included and are agreed separately.

  8. Ownership and moral rights

The beat remains the property of its producer. Under non-exclusive licenses all rights other than the licensed uses stay with the producer. Moral rights stay with the creator as provided by law.

  9. Samples

The producer declares that the samples used in the beat can be used lawfully for the licensed uses.

  10. Payment and delivery

Payment details are shared when you contact us. Files (WAV, plus stems and the .flp project where included) are delivered by download link by email within 48 hours of payment. Because the product is digital and delivered to you, there are no refunds after delivery.

  11. Termination

If you break these terms, the producer may terminate your license. You must then stop distributing the song that uses the beat. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

  12. Liability

The beat is provided as is, without warranty. Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the license.

  13. Governing law

The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara are competent.

  14. Languages

These terms are published in Turkish and English. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.
